We are excited to share that Cloud CMA just got even better with some recent changes.

We’ve improved how the “Quick and Dirty” method pulls comps.
In the past, we’ve received feedback from agents who explained that when using the “quick and dirty” method in Cloud CMA, the comps being pulled were too dissimilar from the subject property. We are happy to announce that we have updated our algorithm, and now Cloud CMA’s “Quick and Dirty” method will pick comps that are a best fit for the subject property!

This update is also beneficial to Cloud CMA’s “What’s My Home Worth” landing page.     The algorithm attempts to pick the top comparables most like your subject property. When you enter more information about the subject property, like beds, baths, and square foot, the algorithm gets smarter, pulling only the top comparables.     That is correct. When using the “Quick and Dirty” method of Cloud CMA, the updated algorithm will automatically pull comps that are a best fit to the subject property. If you have any further questions, please contact support@cloudcma.com ????

  4. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT THIS IMPROVEMENT. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INSTANCES WHERE AN INQUIRY WAS FROM AN ATTACHED HOME AND INCLUDED COMPS INCLUDED DETACHED HOMES WHICH REALLY THROWS OFF ANY ACCURACY
