Help Your Broker, Help You

Working in a top performing brokerage is a point of pride for a lot of real estate agents. For a brokerage to be successful, the agents working for it must also be successful. This concept is pretty straight forward, but often times agents feel as if their brokerage is holding them back. More often than not, it has to do with the tools provided by the brokerage. If you’re reading this, then you probably already know about Cloud CMA – if you’re not already a user. 1. First, do you homework.
Before you go to your Broker you need to have all (or at least most) of the information first. What are the benefits? Key features? What will the cost be? Your Broker will also want to know what the on-boarding process will be like. Basically, you need to be prepared to convince them why they should go with a Cloud CMA Broker plan.

2. Get other agents in your office on board.
Your Broker is going to be more motivated to implement something new if multiple agents are requesting or are excited about it. So before presenting your case to your Broker, make sure you also show Cloud CMA to other agents in your office. Tell them the key features and show them the benefits. 3. Do it “old school” and send them a letter.

4. Schedule a meeting with your Broker.
Once you’ve done the research and gotten other agents in your office on board with Cloud CMA, NOW it’s time to present it to your Broker. First, download THIS FLYER that outlines what is included with a Cloud CMA Broker plan. Make sure that you bring up specific ways that Cloud CMA could help everyone in your office.
