When an agent receives a buyer or seller lead from their Cloud Attract landing page, they receive an email that includes the leads’ contact information – such as name, email, phone number etc. Agents used to manually plug this information into their CRM, but now, Cloud Attract is following the Real Estate Lead Metadata Specification, which defines a way to transport lead information from lead generating portals into most CRM systems with almost 100% accuracy. These systems include, but are not limited to Top Producer, TigerLead, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, FiveStreet, Dakno Marketing and GuerillaRealty.

Cloud Attract’s newest update now allows users to fetch the social profiles, data and photos of their leads.
